This two-part vase is a flower frog, or flower arranger, and a vessel. Splash redefines and updates the flower frog, which was at its height of popularity in the United States in the
mid-1920s to the 1930s, and whose origin can be traced back to the 16th century in Europe. From a single stem to a complete floral arrangement, the design celebrates flowers with its updated design and handcrafted techniques. Each flower frog’s hole pattern is unique, created at just the right moment in the glass’s molten state.
With an innovative use of premium materials, this designer piece is made with the finest quality borosilicate glass and without the use of molds.
